TIBO is a real chat assistant your customers can message directly — it answers questions, quotes prices, checks availability, and books, reschedules, or cancels appointments using your real services, staff, and hours. It also handles booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations automatically, and hands anything it shouldn't decide on its own to you.
Is everything on the site live today, or is some of it planned?
Booking automation, the TIBO chat receptionist, email confirmations/reminders/cancellations, Google Calendar and Gmail connections, and English/Slovenian support are live today. Voice AI, CRM, and the other integrations are part of where Tibo is heading — they're clearly marked "Coming soon" wherever they appear, and pricing only reflects what's actually available now.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. They book from a link in their browser — nothing to install.
How do clients book?
They open your booking link, pick a service, choose a time, and confirm. They get a confirmation email and a reminder before the appointment.
Can I set my own services and hours?
Yes. You control your services, prices, and available times from your dashboard.
What if a client wants to cancel?
They cancel from the link in their confirmation email, and your dashboard updates right away.
Is my clients' data safe?
Yes — bookings are stored securely and only you can see your shop's data. If a client messages TIBO, that conversation is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply, and TIBO can remember specific facts it's asked to, like a preferred staff member.
